You offer a free delivery service locally, but do you deliver outside this area (around Australia)?
- Yes there is a delivery service around Australia. We offer a courier service which is powered by Shippit. You will see a live quote to you door so you will know exactly how much when you are at the checkout.
How much will the delivery cost be to my address?
- If you are located outside the free shipping area, there is a cost for shipping your goods via the courier service. When your items are placed in the cart and you have supplied the correct delivery address, the cost for these items delivered to your address will be shown.
I have a message saying “No Shipping Methods available” – what does this mean?
Once I have placed the order is there tracking on the delivery?
I want to re-order a previous placed order. Do I need to search for the items and add the items to the cart? Is there a way to “Order Again” a previous order?
- Yes. If you have created an account (registered as a user), navigate to “My Account” in the top menu items. Then go to “Orders” – you will see a history of the past orders. Select the order you want to re-order, and you will see a “Order Again” button.
